Job Description
Creative Project Manager responsibilities include leading all executions on assigned client initiatives in our creative agency. The projects are mostly digital: website production, email newsletters, and graphics. The CPM pro-actively schedules meetings in advance to adhere to approved schedules, sets internal and external deadlines & ensuring deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. We are primarily focused on the website development projects across the major clients of the Agency in a wide range of industries, especially that of Beacon Int’l.
This job is hybrid remote/in-person. Must be able to meet and work in Rome, Italy on a weekly basis. Must have experience in website production.

- Fluent in English 100% in professional writing, reading, speaking to work with American clientele
- Creative agency / department experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Soft skills (interpersonal, communication, listening, time management, and empathy)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and project management software
- Wordpress experience a major plus
- Solid organizational skills, ability to delegate assignments and an attention to detail with multitasking skills

Freelancers
The Rome Design Agency offers freelancing opportunities both in-person in Rome, Italy and virtually from around the world. We accept and review applications for the following roles:
Copywriting
Video editing
Animation
Sales
Public relations
Programming & development
We offer these as freelancing opportunities, which sometimes become long-term “permalancing” positions. We are not currently hiring full- or part-time staff. All applicants must be fluent in English.
Internships
We host in-person internships year-round for students and recent graduates in our studio in Rome, Italy. Rome Design Agency partners with several universities and study abroad programs to provide credited internships for eligible students.

Social media marketing
We accept up to 2 interns per semester for 10-15 hours per week. Summer internships are 20 hours per week. Virtual internships may be considered if the application is exceptional.
