Harnessing the Power of Myers-Briggs

Here at the Rome Design Agency, we like to harmonize our teams when we collaborate. We use a time-tested industry standard: The Myers-Briggs Personality Test (MBTI). This powerful tool used to assess personality traits and preferences has been around for 70 years.

What makes this test such a crucial step of the RDA interview process? The results give valuable insights into a candidate’s general communication style and approach to relating. This is beneficial during this stage, as we gain a better understanding of the candidate’s individual strengths and weaknesses, their communication style, and how they might fit within the organization. 

It assists us with identifying candidates who are well-suited for specific roles, and who have the necessary skills to perform well in the position, as well as shapes potential team dynamics.  OF course this assessment is only a part of the whole picture – combined with ones’ experience, references and in-person interviews.
