Studio Coordinator
Part time, independent contract
20 hours per week – Rome, Italy
Entry level position for a recent graduate or young professional in Rome, Italy. Assisting the artist and creative director Claudia Palmira and the Rome Design Agency team.
The Studio Coordinator is a central role within a multi-brand creative studio. This position supports the day-to-day functioning of the studio across content, communication, and coordination. It requires a high level of organization, initiative, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, digitally fluent, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-brand creative studio environment.
Claudia Palmira is a creative entrepreneur and exhibited artist originally from New York with several businesses: Rome Design Agency, Studio ClaudiaPalmira, Clù Artelier and Rome Photography Workshop in addition to client brand collaborations.
You: You will work closely with Claudia Palmira on social media, client databases, project management, internship coordination and content planning. When you become assistant/coordinator, you will be trained in all of Studio systems and protacals. You will pay attention to detail and follow through. You communicate about your progress, though you are self-motivated and organized, adaptable and can work independently as well. Enthusiasm and openness are essential.

Requirements:
- in person work hours in the Rome studio, mixed with remote work
- native or fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Operations & Coordination
- Maintain and update the Studio agenda and shared calendar
- Manage email communication across brands that we manage
- Keep systems, files, and documents organized and accessible
- Support day-to-day logistics of the studio
Editorial & Content Management
- Own and maintain the editorial calendar across brands
- Prepare and organize content for publishing (social, blog, newsletter)
- Coordinate with videographer, designer, and external collaborators
Intern & Team Coordination
- Manage communication with interns and internship providers
- Coordinate schedules, onboarding, and weekly agendas
- Assign and follow up on tasks to ensure completion
- Act as point of contact for intern-related questions
- Workshops & Client Communication (RPW)
- Handle inquiries and communication for Rome Photography Workshop
Project Support
- Assist in organizing campaigns, launches, and events
- Prepare materials and drafts for review
- Support ongoing projects across multiple brands
The company does not sponsor relocation to Rome or assist in the acquisition of the proper government papers required to live in Italy.
