The Role

Rome Design Agency is seeking a sharp, digitally fluent content manager to run social media across a group of distinct brands spanning business media, art, design, and luxury. This is a behind-the-scenes role. You work closely with the Creative Director and an international team to translate vision into clear, consistent output across platforms.

This role is for someone who understands how content works and how to make it work across different worlds. You will manage and execute social media across a group of distinct brands spanning business media, art, design, and luxury, working closely with creative direction that is already defined. Your role is to translate that direction into well-crafted output with an eye towards audience growth and visibility. 

You will be responsible for maintaining content calendars, writing and refining captions and short-form content, preparing and structuring material from existing assets, and ensuring that everything is published with precision and rhythm. You are fast, organized, and controlled in your writing, able to shift tone between a corporate publication and a creative studio without confusion.

Each brand has a distinct voice. Precision in switching between them is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content calendars across brands, coordinating with international teams
• Run campaigns and promotions through Meta and LinkedIn
• Write and refine captions, hooks, and short-form content
• Prepare and structure content from existing material (video, images, ideas)
• Coordinate and publish content (IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) through content planner software
• Repurpose content intelligently across platforms
• Support Business Insurance social presence in coordination with internal teams
• Track basic performance and adjust execution accordingly
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and rhythm across all channels

You are

• A strong writer with a clean, controlled voice
• Experienced in digital marketing and campaigns
• Fast, organized, and precise
• Comfortable working behind the scenes and with teams
• Able to shift tone across very different brands without losing clarity
• Independent and reliable
• Interested in business, art, design, media, and culture

Requirements

3+ years in social media / content roles

Fluent English (Italian a strong plus)

Comfortable with IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Canva, basic editing tools

Based in Rome, available for in-person hours combined with remote.

Flexible hours to communicate with international teams.
